Or you could just do it that way:

public String controllerMethod(@RequestParam(value="myParam[]") String[] myParams){
    ....
}

That works for example for forms like this:

<input type="checkbox" name="myParam[]" value="myVal1" />
<input type="checkbox" name="myParam[]" value="myVal2" />

This is the simplest solution 🙂
