You can use the URL resolver directly in a template, there’s no need to write your own filter. E.g.

{% url 'admin:index' %}

{% url 'admin:polls_choice_add' %}

{% url 'admin:polls_choice_change' choice.id %}

{% url 'admin:polls_choice_changelist' %}
