keytool -exportcert -alias androiddebugkey -keystore ~/.android/debug.keystore | "C:\Users\abc\openssl\bin\openssl.exe" sha1 -binary | "C:\Users\abc\openssl\bin\openssl.exe" base64

Remember, the path that you will enter will be the path where you have installed the OpenSSL.
