ScrollTo function in AngularJS

Here is a simple directive that will scroll to an element on click:

myApp.directive('scrollOnClick', function() {
  return {
    restrict: 'A',
    link: function(scope, $elm) {
      $elm.on('click', function() {
        $("body").animate({scrollTop: $elm.offset().top}, "slow");
      });
    }
  }
});

edit: To make it scroll to a specific element specified by a href, just check attrs.href.

      var idToScroll = attrs.href;
      $elm.on('click', function() {
        var $target;
        if (idToScroll) {
          $target = $(idToScroll);
        } else {
          $target = $elm;
        }
        $("body").animate({scrollTop: $target.offset().top}, "slow");
      });
    }
  }
});

Then you could use it like this: <div scroll-on-click></div> to scroll to the element clicked. Or <a scroll-on-click href="#element-id"></div> to scroll to element with the id.
