Signing and verifying signatures with RSA C#

Your problem is at the beginning of the VerifyData method:

        byte[] signedBytes = Convert.FromBase64String(signedMessage);

        ...

For some reason you switched to FromBase64String instead of UTF8Encoding.GetBytes.
