>cd c:\Program Files\Git\etc\ssh\

add to ssh_config following:

AddKeysToAgent yes
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa_test

ps. you need ssh version >= 7.2
