Add this in viewDidLayoutSubviews

SWIFT

override func viewDidLayoutSubviews() {
    super.viewDidLayoutSubviews()
    let indexPath = IndexPath(item: 12, section: 0)
    self.collectionView.scrollToItem(at: indexPath, at: [.centeredVertically, .centeredHorizontally], animated: true)
}

Normally, .centerVertically is the case

Add this in viewWillAppear:

[self.view layoutIfNeeded];
