Today, I was testing this with iOS 9 Beta and found the solution.
To solve it, go to:
- Settings -> General -> Profiles [Device Management on iOS 10]
- Under ENTERPRISE APP, choose your current developer account name.
- Tap Trust “Your developer account name”
- Tap “Trust” in pop up.
- Done
