I think your best bet would be to use a combination of absolute and relative positioning.

use the following CSS:

@media (min-width: 768px ) {
  .row {
      position: relative;
  }

  .bottom-align-text {
    position: absolute;
    bottom: 0;
    right: 0;
  }
}
