This worked better for me than the Web.config version:

Create a Global.asax

Add this method to the Global.asax.cs:

            HttpContext.Current.Response.AddHeader("Access-Control-Allow-Origin", "*");

                HttpContext.Current.Response.End();
            }
        }

}
