You could change sys.excepthook if you really don’t want to use a try/except.

def my_except_hook(exctype, value, traceback):
    if exctype == KeyboardInterrupt:

    else:
        sys.__excepthook__(exctype, value, traceback)
sys.excepthook = my_except_hook
