How to read response headers in angularjs?

Use the headers variable in success and error callbacks

From documentation.

$http.get('/someUrl').
  success(function(data, status, headers, config) {
    // this callback will be called asynchronously
    // when the response is available
  })
  .error(function(data, status, headers, config) {
    // called asynchronously if an error occurs
    // or server returns response with an error status.
  });

If you are on the same domain, you should be able to retrieve the response headers back. If cross-domain, you will need to add Access-Control-Expose-Headers header on the server.

Access-Control-Expose-Headers: content-type, cache, ...
