ADB No Devices Found

Windows 8 wouldn’t recognize my Nexus 10 device. Fixed by Setting the transfer mode to Camera (PTP) through the settings dialogue on the device.

Settings > Storage > Menu > USB Computer connection to “Camera (PTP)”
