How to get json key and value in javascript?

//By using jquery json parser

//By using javasript json parser
var t = JSON.parse('{"name": "", "skills": "", "jobtitel": "Entwickler", "res_linkedin": "GwebSearch"}');

the native JSON.parse method instead.
